Shipping and Delivery
Please be very specific when providing shipping details, including all postal codes.
Changes to shipping details can be made, but must be made within good time before shipping is completed.
Shipping rates do not include any charges imposed by customs control in various countries, such as customs
duties and Value Added Tax, which is for your account and settlement with these authorities.
Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause
delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence, Sparkling Bride will contact you via email and provide a
revised shipping schedule.
Most of our items usually ship out within 1-3 business days unless it is a custom or out of stock product.
If the item is out of stock or may need additional time, we will do our best to notify you. Per your request
we can partial ship your order if parts of it are on backorder or have longer lead times, but additional
shipping costs will apply.
Should you wish to collect your order directly from our showroom in Fourways, Johannesburg, shipping charges
will be waived. Please indicate this option on ordering. The onus is then on you to collect when notified of
the availability of your order for collection.
An average sized order would cost as follows:
Johannesburg/Pretoria = R65
National = R150
Larger orders may be subject to a higher delivery fee being charged.
These rates may fluctuate from time to time.
